Join us for the 4-week challenge!

As you all know, we recently got engaged, and are currently prepping for our wedding this summer. We thought it would be fun to take you all along the journey with us! So, we are launching the Juice and Toya Summer Ready Challenge! Our goal with this challenge is to help you head into your summer feeling strong and confident in your body. We will help you build consistency with a routine that is realistic, challenging, and maintainable. We will focus on building lean muscle, burning body fat, and improving endurance with strength and conditioning workouts. The workouts are designed to be between 20-40 minutes each day. The 4-week program is based on 5 days a week, with an optional 6th day for recovery. Each week of training will consist of strength, HIIT, stretching/mobility, and an end of the week challenge. We have TWO programs to choose from; one is completely bodyweight and the other program will require a pair(s) of dumbbells. Both programs can be done at home, at the gym, or anywhere you have space to move your body. We encourage you to join our Facebook page to receive support, encouragement, and motivation from our Juice and Toya community. We will also be engaging with you on the app with weekly in-app stories, live workouts, and Q&As! Once you're signed up, you will have access to guides in the “START HERE” tab if you need help choosing the program that works best for your goals!

🥇 How to win

To be eligible for the weekly prizes, we will be looking for engagement daily in our Facebook community and/or on Instagram.

    We will be choosing a winner based on transformation of any kind (muscle gain, fat loss, postural changes, etc.), as well as consistency and engagement throughout the challenge.

    Submit progress photos to be eligible for the grand finale prize and engage in the Facebook group/social media for weekly prizes.

Submit before & after photos

To be eligible for the grand prize, make sure to submit a "Before" photo by 11:59 pm PST on Mon May 2nd with a sign that says "SUMMER READY CHALLENGE — Before" and submit an "After" photo by 2pm PST on Fri, May 27th with a sign that says "SUMMER READY CHALLENGE — After"

To be eligible for the grand prize, download our app to access the Summer Ready" challenge! If you already have the app downloaded, you just need to submit before/after photos, and you’ll automatically have access to the challenge in the Workout section of the app!
