Welcome the autumn season by prioritizing you! This 28-day challenge is your chance to cultivate healthy habits that will make you glow inside and out.

DAILY

Eat 5 different kinds of vegetables

Drink 100 oz of water

Eat 100 g of protein

Get 10k+ steps

Take a 3-minute cold shower

Do 5 minutes of mindfulness

WEEKLY

Complete 5 PaleOMG workouts

Sign up on this page to get started. To access the PaleOMG app and daily workouts you'll need to subscribe to my app too, if you're not already a subscriber.

Complete 5 tasks every day, for 28 days

Every day, for 28 days, eat 5 different kinds of vegetables, drink 100oz of water, eat 100g of protein, get in 5,000+ steps, take a 3 minute cold shower, and do 5 minutes of mindfulness. Don't forget to post on Instagram feed with the hashtag #paleomgfallfitness and tag @paleomg.

Complete weekly tasks for 4 weeks

Every week, for 4 weeks, do 5 daily workouts in my app, do 10+ pushups 5 times, and create one PaleOMG protein recipe from my app. Don't forget to post on Instagram feed with the hashtag #paleomghealthyhabits and tag @paleomg.

4.

Submit before and after photos (optional)

Submitting progress photos is totally optional but a fun way to track your progress. If you choose to submit, before photos are due by October 23rd and after photos are due by November 15th.
