Every day for 30 days, try to:
Eat 5 different kinds of vegetables
Drink 100oz of water
Eat 100g of protein
Get in 5,000+ steps
Do 5 minutes of mindfulness
And every week for 30 days, try to:
Do 5 daily workouts in my app
Do 10+ pushups 5 times
This challenge isn’t about getting shredded or gaining muscle. It’s about showing yourself love by making time for healthy acts! You’ll also get daily motivational emails from yours truly over the 30 days to help you stay inspired!
