About the challenge

Kickstart the new year by embracing a holistic approach to wellness! Here's your 6-week challenge


Weekly Fitness Goals:

Follow a progressive overloading program for the entire duration. (Please note: Access to a fully-equipped gym is essential.)

2 days focusing on the lower body and 2 days targeting the upper body.

Nutritional Goals:

Track your food intake at least 3 days a week.

Mind & Spirit Goals:

Engage in our weekly kindness challenges, which incorporate affirmations and practices aimed at cultivating self-love and kindness towards others.

Share your weekly milestones on Instagram using the hashtag #MindBodySpiritOMG and tag @paleomg. Every hashtag is an entry. Winners will be chosen at random from the hashtag users – so the more you participate and share, the higher your chances of winning.

Nutritional Habits:
Monitor your food consumption and track nutrition three days a week to nourish your body with essential nutrients.

Mind & Spirit Practices:
Engage in purposeful activities that foster a mindset of compassion, gratitude, and self-appreciation.

Sign up on this page to get started. To access the PaleOMG app and Progressive Overload Program, you'll need to subscribe to my app too, if you're not already a subscriber.

Submit before and after photos (optional)

Submitting progress photos is totally optional but a fun way to track your progress. If you choose to submit, before photos are due by January 3rd and after photos are due by February 14th.
