About the challenge

Embrace the heat with my Summer Sculpt Challenge! This 4-week challenge is crafted to elevate your fitness, nutritional discipline, and overall well-being before we head into summer. Get ready to dive into a rigorous workout regime, meticulous macro tracking, and holistic wellness practices so you can step into the season with your best foot forward.


Weekly Fitness Goals:

A progressive overload program uniquely designed for this challenge, including 4 weekly workouts to sculpt your physique, with a focus on balanced strength through upper and lower body exercises.

There will be 2 days focusing on the lower body and 2 days targeting the upper body each week.

Nutritional Goals:

A strict daily macro tracking guideline, with a special emphasis on protein intake, ensuring you're well-fueled for muscle growth and recovery.

Mind & Spirit Goals:

Daily objectives for sleep, hydration, and activity, supported by weekly inspiration sessions to maintain your momentum and focus.

Complete the following to be eligible to win:

Weekly Fitness Activities:
Participate in a specially designed progressive overload program, tailored just for this challenge, featuring two upper body and two lower body workouts each week.


Nutritional Habits:
We’re going to aim for consistent and daily tracking for the entire challenge. At the beginning of the challenge, you’ll set a goal daily caloric range, and then meticulously track your macros daily. You’ll also focus on eating 1g of protein per lb of body weight to fuel your sculpting journey optimally.

Mind & Spirit Practices:
Ensure 8 hours of sleep and intake of 100 oz of water each day, alongside reaching 10k steps. Plus, join our weekly motivational Zoom call with me (Juli from PaleOMG!) for a deep dive into nutrition and motivational strategies to keep you energized and focused.
