About the challenge

This challenge is all about focusing on your health, even when life gets in the way! With all-new workouts five days a week, a private Voxer group, and other daily tasks, you’re going to feel transformed in just 28 days!

Here’s how it works:

At the beginning of the challenge you'll submit a before photo & take a fitness test.

Then for 28 days you'll follow the Summer Sweat Challenge workouts, drink 100 oz of water per day, eat 100g of protein per day, and get in 10,000+ steps per day.

This challenge is about maximizing your physique in just 28 days! It’s about showing yourself love by making time for healthy acts!

  • Grand prize: $500 cash prize

  • Runner-up prizes (3): Lifetime membership to the PaleOMG program of your choice

🥇 How to win

The grand prize winner will be based on the physical accomplishments we see in the before/after photos.

The runner-up prizes will be selected at random from people who use the hashtag #paleomgsummersweat and tag @paleomg. Each hashtag counts as one submission, so the more you post about your challenge workouts, the more likely you’ll be selected to win!

Sign up on this page and then download my app to access the challenge. If you already have the app, that's great! You'll still need to sign up here to be eligible for prizes.

Submit before and after photos

Submit your before photos by July 24, 2023. Submit after photos by August 13, 2023.

Post about the challenge on social media

Post your daily and weekly accomplishments to your Instagram feed with the hashtag #paleomgsummersweat and tag @paleomg; every time you post about sticking with your habits, you’ll be entered as a submission to win the runner-up prizes.
