Meet Julia Mellor T
Growing up in the Bahamas, I learned to love the outdoors and sports at a young age. I have trained in volleyball, basketball, dance, soccer, cheerleading, and gymnastics. My passion for a fit and healthy lifestyle has continued to evolve overtime. I want to emphasize to people that finding a balance in your exercise routine is extremely important and you can still eat what you want while maintaining your desired figure. I hope to share my fitness goals and support you as you change your lifestyle and become more confident in your body.
