I think the 60 day challenge has been my favorite “challenge” that I’ve ever done. I loved the variety and the MMA style workouts. They seriously boosted my confidence and made me feel like I could conquer anything. Kaytlin is so good about giving options to modify so even with an old agitated injury I was still able to get my sweat therapy in. The meal plan was definitely my favorite part of the challenge. It was seriously yummy food. I didn’t have to survive off of salads and protein shakes. It was just healthier versions of some of my favorite foods! I absolutely loved this one! This was one of my favorite workout programs I have ever done :) It includes a warm up and cool down. The workouts are bodyweight and MMA style.
