Meet Kennedy Nease

Fitness was something that I used to dread and avoid at all costs. Finally, I found ways to celebrate my body through different kinds of movement and it has made all the difference. I have now integrated fitness into my lifestyle in a sustainable way. I've lost 70 lbs through weight and functional training, but here you can find all kinds of workouts! I love circuits, roller skating, and any kind of movement that promotes feeling strong and empowered. I have been training for 3 years and now teach group fitness classes. I am so excited to start training alongside you!
