Meet Kenzie Lifts
Hi there! My name is Mackenzie, I’m 23 and I started lifting almost 5 years ago. I’m currently pursuing a Psychology M.S and have always felt passionate about fitness and healthy relationships with food. Over the years, I’ve tried a few different workout styles, from competing in Powerlifting only 6 months after I first picked up a barbell to high intensity CrossFit workouts. I’ve always enjoyed learning new movements and beating my personal bests! Now, I am excited to share this with you and help you on your fitness journey!
