Hi! I’m Kayla and I’m stoked to workout with you. A little over 3 years ago I lost my dad & best friend in a tragic boating accident. I was so lost and broken. That scary season of unknowns made me realize prioritizing my health was the one thing I could control. Training became an outlet and genuinely healed me from the inside out.
