Get ready to kick your ass (no pun intended) into gear & get on track to earn some gains! You have the option to do this Boo-ty Challenge at Home OR the Gym to focus on lower body & glute growth!

Here's the split:

3 lower body days

1 upper body

& 1 full body day of strength training.

Goal is to sculpt & define your boo-ty! So let's DO IT!

Purchase the program & Sign up for the challenge!

Purchase the program here and then you'll be directed to download it immediately! From there, in the program in the app, you will get the links to upload your before photo & goals for the challenge, and download your shareable calendar for social media.

Upload your before photo & goals

Make sure you've downloaded the program, you'll be directed to the program & will see the link to upload your before photo and goals for the challenge. Submit your day one photos and goals by 10/14.

3.

Download the calendar graphic for social media

Download the shareable calendar graphic and share it on social media tagging @l_aura.jerome so I can see all of your amazing progress.

Tag me at least 2x a week during the 6 week challenge in your stories or feed pictures!

Upload your after photos

The final after photos are due by 11/30/24.
