About the challenge

Welcome to the #StrongForFall Challenge! If you’re looking for a tough new training program, a change in routine or more consistency and accountability, you have come to the right place! This 4-week program will push you to get to that next level, while also providing you with challenging workouts that you’ll enjoy. Looking forward to your training is half the fun in my opinion!

While primarily strength-based (weight training), this 5-day workout split will also include core strength and mobility sessions to help improve form, flexibility & posture, as well as cardio recommendations if you’re in the mood for a sweat session after your lift. However, totally optional! Do what best works for YOUR goals.

I will be checking in with you the whole time in the Community section, where you can post about your workouts, ask questions, and engage with the other #StrongForFall challenge members. To be able to cheer each other on along that way can positively impact all of us and I think a sense of togetherness can be powerful.

🥇 How to win

  • I will choose the 3 winners based on a combination of engagement and the before & after pictures that are submitted. Make sure to hold a sign saying “Strong for Fall Challenge + date” and stand in front of a solid background wearing the same outfit for both pictures (no mirror selfies please!)

  • Share your journey in my new in-app community. Meet other challenge participants, engage in motivational tips, and be a part of the amazing community.

  • Lastly, download the challenge graphic (after you sign up) and share it on social using the hashtag #StrongforFall, so I can see how you’re doing throughout the challenge!

Make sure you have my app

Download the app (first 7 days are FREE) to access the Strong For Fall Challenge! You'll find the link to download the app after you submit your challenge entry. PLUS you'll have access to all of my programs including my 7-day program which is the perfect place to start if you're new here!

If you already have the app downloaded, just make sure to submit before/after photos, and you’ll automatically have access to the challenge in the workout section of the app!

Submit before & after photos (optional)

Submit before photos by Sunday Oct 29th and after photos by Sunday Nov 26th. Photo submissions are optional, and I won't share without your permission (permission given when you submit your entry!)
