About the challenge

Summer Shred is a 6-week fat burn program I have developed, and personally used, with a strong focus on metabolic conditioning, involving high intensity exercises performed in a circuit-style format.

With each workout, you will elevate your heart rate, increase strength, and improve both aerobic and anaerobic capacity. Expect to unlock a resilient mindset, a strong & lean physique, and find that confident GLOW you deserve.

Programming Style:

We will be training 5 days per week with each training session being 45-60 minutes. The workouts for each day will be released at 6am MST.

🥇 How to win

You must submit 3 photos (show your beautiful face!): forward facing with arms by your side or flexed, to the right side (arms extended in front of you), and backside (arms by your side or flexed). You will take the same photos again in the same space + outfit at the end of the challenge.

  • A winner will be chosen based on the before & after picture submitted, along with activity and engagement within the community throughout the challenge.

  • Show off your hard work! After each session, post a screenshot or comment in the community section inside the app. This can be a sweaty selfie, screenshot of your notes during the workout, or post about how the challenge is going.

  • Download this graphic (provided after you sign up) and share it on your socials by tagging me @headleyperformance and using the hashtag #LHSummerShred.

Make sure you have my app

Download the app (first 7 days are FREE) to access the "Summer Shred” challenge!

Submit before & after photos

Submit your 3 entry photos by May 17th. Reminder to show your beautiful face for each position: forward facing with arms by your side or flexed, to the right side (arms extended in front of you), and backside (arms by your side or flexed). You will take the same photos again in the same space + outfit at the end of the challenge and submitted by June 24th.
