Liz Jones - POJO Fitness - FIERCE at 40 Challenge
About the challenge
I turn 40 on December 27th and want to do something big! To mark this milestone, I've created The Fierce at 40 Challenge to help us get stronger, increase endurance, and create lasting healthy habits – together!
There will be 4 daily challenge goals to hit each day:
💪 6 killer workouts a week, each 40 minutes long, using only dumbbells or bands. These are a mix of strength training, conditioning, core, mobility, and a little HIIT.
🍽️ Get 100 grams of protein each day.
💧 Drink 100 oz of water daily.
🚶♀️ Reach 10,000+ steps each day.
You will also have the option to purchase a customized macro count that will help you get even better results during the 40 challenge days.
I will choose a grand prize winner at the end of the challenge to receive a huge bundle of my favorite health & fitness things, along with a second and third place winner to receive my Macros 101 ebook!
It all starts Monday, October 28th.

✍️ How to enter
Sign up for the challenge & purchase the program
You'll purchase the program when you sign up, and then you'll be directed to download it immediately. From there, in the program in the app you will get the links to upload your before photo and goals for the challenge, download your sharable calendar for social media, and have the option to add on the Custom Macro Count for the challenge - all in the description of the intro video.
Submit your "before" photos for bonus points
OR share your goals and an “after” testimonial. All photos or goals/testimonials must be submitted between 12/5 - 12/13.
