About the challenge

Welcome to the WOYO.U22 Challenge – a 6-week structured program with a WORKOUT & YOGA flow every day, 6 days a week + the chance to win some sweet prizes! Kick-start 2022 off right by building habits and discipline with well-rounded fitness by reaping the benefits of both endurance & strength training from quick & efficient work-outs, along with the increased flexibility, mobility, balance & control that comes from practicing yoga. If your fitness goals include building strength and muscle, losing weight, toning, increasing endurance, increasing flexibility & mobility, and gaining CONFIDENCE & FEELING GOOD, WOYO-U22 is perfect for you!

✍️ How to enter

    Click the “SIGN UP” button below so you can officially sign up and submit your BEFORE picture no later than Jan 7th with a sign that says “WOYO-U22 Challenge”. Make sure to submit front, back, and side photos in good lighting. Don’t worry – I won’t be sharing these anywhere unless I talk to you first, and these are to help you see progress! Keep reading below for how I’m choosing winners.

    Download the app to access the “WOYO-U22” challenge! If you already have the app downloaded, you just need to submit before/after photos, and you’ll automatically have access to the challenge in the workout section of the app!

    Join my FB Community Group for support & cheer each other on

    At the end of the challenge, take an AFTER picture with a sign that says “WOYO-U22 Challenge”

    At the end of the challenge, create a post to share on social media (IG and in the Facebook group) where you share about your experience in the challenge – what you progressed most in, and how you’re feeling! Be sure to tag me on IG so I can see it!

🥇 How to win

I’ll choose winners based on completion, effort, and participation – NOT the best before/after photos! Share your progress and how you’re FEELING – because that’s what’s most important! Participate on IG and in my FB community group and demonstrate your commitment to yourself during this challenge for the best chance to win!
