You can always tailor the weight, sets, and reps to suit your needs. Or, slide into my DMs, and I'll be there to guide you every step of the way.

  • Rest and Recovery: Rest is just as important as the workout itself! That's why I’ve set aside weekends for rest and rejuvenation. Allow your body to recover, repair, and come back stronger for the week ahead.

  • Comprehensive Fitness Approach: The challenge combines HIIT and focused muscle group exercises for an all-encompassing fitness experience.

Anyone who is a subscriber to the Magnus Method app can take this Challenge during the 6-week challenge period. Join in, even if it’s just for yourself! But if you want to know how to potentially win AWESOME prizes for getting one of the top three best transformations, here’s what you need to do:

  • 📸 Submit Before & Afters: Follow the instructions on the submission pages to submit proper Before & After photos and videos. After uploading, you MUST select “Allow re-post.” This means you’re consenting to me potentially featuring you as a winner in the future on my website and social media accounts. Rest assured, your privacy will be protected as my team will obscure your face and only use your first name if featured. Before photos are due 5/26 and after photos are due 7/7.
