I am a former Division 1 college football player and now a health and wellness coach. I have a passion for helping people push past their limiting beliefs so they can reach their full potential. I am a certified NASM CPT & Precision Nutrition coach. I have completed a 100 mile ultra marathon, 50 mile ultra, and 3x marathoner. I have not always loved endurance running, so I am confident that anyone can get into it with patience and self-discipline.
