Congratulations on completing the 6-week Ab Challenge! I know it hasn't been easy, but you should be so proud of yourselves for pushing through, and igniting your bodies and your abs during this challenge! Winners will be chosen based on participation, adherence to the training plan, engagement, and progress. This is not a "who loses more weight competition" — it's about community support, being engaged, and bringing each other up.

Sign up for the challenge on this page and then download the FitGurlMel app to access. If you are already an app subscriber, you will automatically have access to challenge — but remember you still need to submit your before/after pictures to be eligible for prizes.

If you want to focus on building — or at the very least, starting to develop — your ab stack then this is for you.
This challenge consists of:
• 5 workouts per week
• 30-60 min workouts
• Rest + recovery days included
• NO GYM equipment needed but can be used
Results will be different based on your experience level, age, weight, genetics, etc. If you have experience working out and are within 5%-10% of your abs goal, then this will be super easy. If you’re 20% or further from lean stacked abs, then you can expect to move to the next level and learn what it takes to have your stack of abs sooner rather than later.
For this challenge, you will not need access to a commercial level gym (like LA Fitness, 24HR, Crunch, Equinox, etc.) but you can certainly go there to perform your training.
If you have a decent set up and space at home and a positive attitude then you will be fine. Some of the other equipment are my training bands which you can find on fitgurlmel.com/products
