You, me, and our Challenge Fitness community will spend the next 30 DAYS elevating our fitness game as we start 2024 off right! It’s time to level up , set new goals, and work hard to ✅ achieve them.

The best part? You don’t need any equipment or a gym to make BIG progress in just 30 days! Just bring yourself and we’ll get this party started! Over the next 30 days, we’ll combine cardio and bodyweight strength training in fun, hybrid-style workouts. Every week, I’ll upload the workout plan and show you how to perform each move. It’s going to be a challenge, but also SO MUCH FUN!

🥇 How to win

  • Winners will be selected based on engagement on social media and our in-app community as well as submission of before/after photos and testimonials.

  • Winners will NOT be chosen based on before/after photos or weight loss! Participation and commitment is what I’m looking for. Photos may remain private if preferred, and will not impact your ability to win.

  • Share your journey using the hashtag #challengefitness and tag me @michellekhare and @challengefitnesss on Instagram, so I can cheer you on (or DM me in the app if you don’t have an Instagram)!

  • Engage in the app community and follow the hashtag #challengefitness to encourage your fellow Challengers! I’ll be keeping an eye on those who also support each other when choosing the winner 😉 Teamwork makes the dream work!

Sign up & download the app (first 7 days are FREE!)

Sign up for the challenge on this page. If you don't have my app, make sure to click "Sign Up" on the confirmation page after submitting your entry, to download the Challenge Fitness App. You'll have to access the program (PLUS access to all of my other training programs, workouts, recipe guides, nutrition tips & more)!


If you already have my app...

If you already have the app downloaded, fantastic! You’ll automatically have access to Michelle’s New Year program. However, be sure to submit your before-and-after entries to be considered for the prizes (step #3!).


Submit before and after photos

Submit your BEFORE photo no later than Sunday January 14th. Submit your final photos & testimonial before February 13th. The winner will be based on engagement as well as submission of before/after photos and testimonials — NOT your physical results! Photos may remain private if preferred, and will not impact your ability to win


Engage with me & share your journey

Make sure to tag @michellekhare and @challengefitness on social media (or send me direct messages within the app if you don’t have Instagram), and share the downloadable template throughout the challenge. Winners will be chosen based on engagement and submission of testimonials at the end of the challenge!
