Welcome to the MKFit Run a 10K Challenge

This 5 week all-levels challenge will show you step by step how to build up to a 10K (6.2 Miles). These workouts are based on the exact plans I’ve followed previously to succeed in my longest distance runs. I will guide you through your runs, cross-training, and stretching, and personally respond to your messages to help you stay accountable!     📝 WHAT YOU‘LL GET: A 5-week program, 6 days a week, to help you build to a 10K. All workouts are planned and uploaded daily by me, complete with video demonstrations and tips! I’ll be responding to your questions and comments every day in my app! Workouts will be a combination of running, body weight exercises, and stretching.

    Winners will be selected on engagement and submission of before/after photos and testimonials. Your participation and commitment is what I’m looking at the most — not the results or weight lost! (Before/after photos and testimonials may remain private if preferred, and will not impact your ability to win.)

✍️ How to enter

Submit before and after photos

To be eligible for one of the grand prizes, you must submit your BEFORE photo no later than October 3. Submit your AFTER photos and testimonial before November 5. I will be choosing a winner based on engagement as well as submission of all assets. Your participation and commitment is what I’m looking at — not the results or weight lost!

Download the MKFit app to access the challenge. You’ll also have access to all of my other training programs, workouts, recipe guides, nutrition tips & more! If you already have the app downloaded, fantastic! ***But*** you must fill out the above sign-up form on this site to be considered for the challenge prizes.
