📝 WHAT YOU‘LL GET: A 5-week program, 6 days a week, to help you build to a 10K. All workouts are planned and uploaded daily by me, complete with video demonstrations and tips! I’ll be responding to your questions and comments every day in my app! Workouts will be a combination of running, body weight exercises, and stretching.

(Before/after photos and testimonials may remain private if preferred, and will not impact your ability to win.)
