About the challenge

Start your New Year with the 50 Push-Up Challenge. This 5-week, all-levels challenge will help you sharpen the muscles and skills required to master a push-up, head to toe. Workouts will incorporate calisthenics, HIIT training, and guided stretching on your off days.

On the final day of this challenge, every participant will attempt 50 push-ups – regardless of how long it takes or where you are in the world...50 push-ups within 24 hours is the goal!

Whether you’re a push-up pro or a complete beginner, I am so excited to support you throughout this part of your fitness journey!

All The Details

📝 WHAT YOU‘LL GET: 5 weeks, 45 minutes or less for each workout, 5 days a week, to help you build up to 50 push-ups. All workouts are planned and uploaded daily by me, complete with video demonstrations and tips! I’ll be responding to your questions and comments in my app! Workouts will be a combination of Calisthenics, HIIT training, and guided stretching.

    🏃🏽‍♀️ALL LEVELS WELCOME! Whether you’re able to do a push-up or a new beginner, come join our group to improve and work towards a new goal. This program will also explore variations of push-ups so that you can pick up different skills along the way.

Sign up & download my app

Sign up on this page and then download the MK Fit App to access the challenge. You’ll also have access to all of my other training programs, workouts, recipe guides, nutrition tips & more! If you already have the app downloaded, fantastic — you’ll automatically have access to the challenge! But you must fill out the above sign-up form on this site to be considered for the challenge prizes.

Submit before/after photos

To be eligible for one of the grand prizes, you must submit your BEFORE photo no later than January 9. Submit your final photos & testimonial before February 10. I will be choosing a winner based on engagement as well as submission of all assets. Your participation and commitment is what I’m looking at — not the physical results!
