Meet Mike Counihan

Welcome! I can’t wait to see how you guys crush these programs and workouts! In more than twenty-five years of training, I’ve learned what movements and programming works, how to prevent injury, and how to balance it all with a busy schedule. I’ve managed to have some success in the fitness industry while maintaining a full-time career. In the last ten years, I’ve developed the confidence to finally put myself out there and make a name for myself in the fitness industry. In that time, I’ve been featured in most major fitness magazines including the cover of Ironman Magazine. My biggest accomplishments have been becoming a 1st Phorm athlete and creating another position where I’m responsible for improving the health and fitness of first responders. To say I’m excited to see you succeed with this app would be a massive understatement.
