Hi! My name is Mildred but you can call me Millie :) I’m a NASM certified personal trainer. I have always had a huge passion for fitness; I played sports most of my life from middle school through college. After college, I wasn’t sure where to begin. I had gone from a collegiate athlete to a registered nurse working night shifts, and like most people, I struggled to balance my new reality with a healthy lifestyle. But you know what they say, “when there’s a will, there’s a way!” Eventually, I found a way, and I’m here to share my effective workout routines, as well as the tips and tricks I’ve learned and continue to learn along the way, with YOU!
