This 4-week program is designed to optimize your health from the inside — OUT! MoMo is deep diving into mindfulness, nutrition, cleansing and habits to feel stronger within. Our focus is healing, acceptance + getting stronger with weekly videos to keep you motivated and educated.
The workouts of course are going to be highly effective. 4 days a week to feel your strongest, with an emphasis on MoMo’s favorite ab workouts and some light jogs to build your endorphins and confidence [15 min max + incline walking is totally okay].
Health is Wealth is designed to help you build muscle mass, burn fat, and get that rock solid core, AND — just in time for Valentine's Day hehe.

Sign up on this page and then download the app. If you already have the app downloaded, you'll automatically have access to the challenge when it launches. However, remember to submit your before and after photos to be eligible to win prizes.
Submit before & after photos
