Welcome to Masc Makeover. This 4-week program is designed from the exact workouts that helped MoMo become her most confident self. In honor of Pride Month, MoMo will be releasing this challenge as a way to encourage and help you explore your identity, express yourself + come into your power.
MoMo is inspired to share more of her story — from coming out to finding undeniable discipline in and out of the gym.
This program is designed to get you to feel stronger in and out of the gym. Whether you’re wanting to become more yourself, skyrocket your self-confidence, or get workouts that will increase your body euphoria, the Masc Makeover is made for you.

To be eligible for the prizes, please submit progress photos following the directions below.
We will be choosing a winner based on transformation of any kind (muscle gain, fat loss, postural changes, etc.) as well as consistency and engagement throughout the challenge.

Sign up on this page and then download the app. If you already have the app downloaded, you'll automatically have access to the challenge when it launches. However, remember to submit your before and after photos to be eligible to win prizes.
