Babes + Bros! The Challenge has come to an end and I am beyond proud of you! If you just got one workout in, or didn’t skip a day - you still showed up.
Showing up for yourself is the true key to happiness. Make sure you submit your after photos, I know this challenge was more strength focused, so any progress internally or externally is a huge win in my books.
Let’s keep the momentum going by either training alongside me with my workouts posted M-F on the Fighter Feed or starting one of your favorite Body Type Programs. I’m always here if you need me.

What if I’m a beginner?
AH! That’s so exciting! First, we will work on your habit building and making fitness a part of your lifestyle. I would follow the Photoshoot Fresh 2.0 Dumbbell Program. Listen to your body on this, go slow in each rep and read my form tips on every exercise. It’s about progress here, not perfection! I also recommend adding in 20 minutes of incline walking and in exchange reduce some of the strength training. This will help get your body to a more comfortable weight. Lastly, nutrition is what will help reduce body fat and get you stronger from the inside out. You can find a nutrition guide on the app or add on the Body Type Program to have even more resources.
