About the challenge

The NOW: WELCOME to now. This moment. This breath. This very second. It’s time to take back the power of being in the present. For too long we’ve worried about later, tomorrow, next year? For too long we’ve dwelled in the past on things we cannot change. It’s time to exist in this moment. Are you up for the challenge? The NOW is a two-week, all levels yoga challenge that will present you with a different class each day. The style will vary. The length will vary. You might be doing breathwork one day and an energizing vinyasa flow the next. One thing that won’t change? Being fully immersed in each class. My hope is every time you step on your mat, you gift yourself that time. A time to tune IN. A time where the rest of your day, week, year fades away. I’m so excited to ring in 2022 with y’all! xoxo.
