Meet Nikki Leonard
I have been a fitness trainer for over 10 years helping thousands of people, ranging from moms to professional athletes and entrepreneurs! My love for fitness started young with competitive gymnastics and soccer. I kept the spark alive after college, where I studied Sports Medicine and Kinesiology. I've competed in bodybuilding shows for three years, never placing less than 10th at Nationals. I also competed briefly in CrossFit. My workouts are designed to help strengthen you in your day-to-day functional patterns. I also help my clients who are new to their fitness journey, or new to motherhood, build a strong foundation. As a mom myself, I know how important it is to relearn the basics in order to avoid injury to an already healing postpartum body. I’m looking forward to sweating with you and helping you reach your goals! Let’s get it!
