About the challenge

This challenge is designed to guide you into a more grounded state with YOU in the drivers seat. The "Back to You" challenge will be fun and exciting, and is designed for those with a busy lifestyle who are looking to transform their bodies and minds through self-care. These two weeks are about getting back to basics and back to YOU. The challenge involves 8 brand-new workouts, 2 livestreams, nutrition guidance, and recipe inspo. I'll also be sharing my personal tips for getting yourself back on track both mentally and physically. During the challenge, I will encourage you to:
