Meet Pierre Dalati
My name is Pierre Dalati and welcome to Dalatifit! When I began exercising at 15 years old, I did not enjoy it at all and quit after a few weeks. A year later, I tried again and pushed myself really hard to get to the gym every day. However, the same thing happened as before and I quit. Later on, I found calisthenics and bodyweight training and I knew that’s what I wanted to do. Ever since then, I have loved working out and I want to share that passion with you all! Our bodies are vessels that can be upgraded continuously with unlimited potential.
