About the challenge

Join me for my 6-week Power Building 101 Challenge to start 2022 off strong! Throughout the challenge, you will train using a method that mixes strength training with volume training, so you will get the benefits of being a powerlifter and bodybuilder. You will get the best of both worlds. Make the most of this new year by starting off right and getting strong with my challenge!

✍️ How to enter

Take a BEFORE picture no later than January 3rd and submit below. Make sure to submit front, back & side photo (in good lighting)!

Download the app to access the "Power Building 101" challenge! If you already have the app downloaded, you just need to submit before/after photos, and you’ll automatically have access to the challenge in the workout section of the app!
