- 5 distinct workouts per week (80+ workouts total)
- Gym-based program with home alternatives and modifications
- Challenging yet fun workouts lasting no more than 30-45 minutes

- Based on completion of the entire 8-week challenge, including 4 workouts per week. Photo submissions are required, but they can be for my eyes only if you want!

How to submit before & after photos

PHOTOS: To be eligible for 1st or 2nd place prizes you must submit before and after photos! At the end of the challenge, take AFTER pictures and submit by SAT 12/28 — take photos RELAXED and FLEXED.

**NOTE: Photos are optional EXCEPT for 1st and 2nd place prize eligibility. You will have the option to submit photos privately for 2nd place eligibility by marking them as "not re-postable."

Download the app to access the "POWER HOUR" program (first 7-days FREE)! If you already have the app downloaded, just click to submit your entry, and you’ll automatically have access to the challenge in the app! **Make sure you wait for confirmation of your entry, after you hit submit!
Submit before & after photos
