About the challenge

I am turning 47 in November and to celebrate, I want to challenge you to get through a 47 day challenge of workouts with me!

Together we'll commit to 47 days of workouts and daily habits, that will not only transform your body, but mindset towards fitness.

All workouts are 30-60 minutes depending on your fitness level and time you can allocate to get your workout in!

Workouts will follow my daily splits and include modifications for some of the ‘more challenging’ exercises

All you need is a few sets of dumbbells, long loop or tube resistance bands, a mini loop band and your bodyweight. Pull up bar & bench are optional.

To participate in this challenge, you'll do two things: upload (optional) before photos and fill out my "47 to 47 Challenge" signup on my app that'll help me understand your personal goals for this challenge.

Can't wait to see you in my app! I will choose winners based on the below:

  • Submit before & after photos. Photos are optional but a GREAT way to track progress!

  • Share your feedback with me! Leave reviews for the challenge workouts in the app as you complete them.

  • Set a goal when you sign up for the challenge & share a testimonial with me when you complete the challenge.

  • Instagram Story engagement - Share your progress on social media and tag me @sandysklarxfit so I can watch your journey!

✍️ How to enter

Subscribe to my XFIT Method App & sign up for the challenge

If you are brand new... Download the app (first 7 days are FREE) to access the "47 to 47 - Fall REBOOT” challenge! If you already have the app downloaded, just make sure to submit your before-after photos & your goals through the signup link (linked in my app), and you’ll automatically have access to the challenge. Workouts drop on 9/22!

Set your goal & submit your (optional) before photo

Find the challenge in the app, and set your goals through the signup link I linked in the challenge program. You can also submit your before photo at this time if you're choosing to (photos are not a requirement). If you choose to submit your final progress photos, submit them between November 7-11.

Share your journey & leave reviews

Start sharing your progress with me! Leave me workout reviews as you complete them, engage in my in app community to let me know how you are doing and tag me on Instagram @sandysklarxfit! The more engagement, the better!
