About the challenge
Kickstart your New Year with an 8-week challenge designed to reset your mind and body from the inside out!
This program combines workouts, nutrition, and daily habits to help you build strength, confidence, and consistency.
With just a few sets of dumbbells, long loop or tube resistance bands, a mini loop band, and your bodyweight (plus optional equipment like a bench or pull-up bar), you’ll have everything you need to succeed.
Workouts are 30-60 minutes and tailored to your fitness level, following my proven daily splits with modifications for more challenging exercises. Plus, the app includes a nutrition calculator and XFIT Nutrition guidance—or dive deeper with my XFIT Nutrition Mastery Course.

To participate in this challenge, you'll do two things: upload (optional) before photos and fill out my "XFit Reset Challenge" signup on my app that'll help me understand your personal goals for this challenge.

Subscribe to my XFIT Method App & sign up for the challenge
If you are brand new... Download the app (first 7 days are FREE) to access the "Fit Reset” challenge! If you already have the app downloaded, just make sure to submit your before-after photos & your goals through the signup link (linked in my app), and you’ll automatically have access to the challenge. Workouts drop on January 13th!
Set your goal & submit your (optional) before photo
Find the challenge in the app, and set your goals through the signup link I linked in the challenge program. You can also submit your before photo at this time if you're choosing to (photos are not a requirement). If you choose to submit your final progress photos, submit them between March 8th-16th.
