About the challenge

For the next 6 weeks, I have designed a program for all levels to build lean muscle, increase strength and improve body composition. There will be a gym based and a home based version. So whether you are working out at the gym or getting your training in at home you will be able to participate. Though I do want to emphasise that having access to a larger range of weights like a barbell and plates will allow you to push hard with compound movements. The 6 week program works through 7 different workouts - specifically programmed for you to be pushing hard and progressing weekly. Each week on Sunday, the new week's program will go live. You will have 5 workouts and 2 rest days a week. Our goal each week is to be utilizing pogressive overload (gradually increase weight, reps, volume, frequency or decreasing rest time between sets). Each workout and week you should be giving it your all, striving to beat last week's numbers. This program is meant to challenge you. In order to see long lasting changes you have to get uncomfortable and push yourself outside of your comfort zone. Let’s get to work!
