Meet Sara Garavuso

Hey friends! My name is Sara Garavuso, but you probably know me as Lady G Fit. My active lifestyle began at the age of three when I started dancing. I grew up learning what the body is capable of doing, how we are in control of our health and the amount of physical activity we get in. At the age of 15 I became a dance instructor and taught ballet, jazz, and tap to young girls between the ages 3-10. I am a mom to a 6-year-old boy and a wife to an active duty airman in the United States Air Force. My weightlifting journey truly began after I gave birth to my son in 2014. Being a new mom in my new postpartum body was overwhelming. I knew it changed for the most amazing reasons, but I wanted to feel confident in my new body. I began weightlifting and fell in love. It became something I knew I wanted to help others with. I am now 6 years into my fitness journey and couldn't be more in love with assisting others to become the best version of themselves. It's a privilege to be able to connect and work with so many people who are taking control over their life and who are motivated to live sustainable healthy lives through their fitness program and eating habits. After trial and error throughout my own journey, and earning my Personal Training and Fitness Nutrition Specialist certifications, I am here to help you reach your goals... whatever they may be!
