Meet Sarah Dorough
I was a competitive level 10 gymnast and trained in dance as well. Once I stopped gymnastic I had to find something to put all my energy into. I already had some experience with weight training and absolutely loved the feeling of being strong. I wanted to continue to build up that strength so I started working on everything I could to learn about weight training. Because of my background, I have a wide range in training which is perfect for all around strength and mobility! I can't wait to share my experience and training with you all!
