Meet Sarah Hryniewicz
I found my passion for fitness almost six years ago. I began training, bodybuilding, and then transitioned to powerlifting and finally strongman. Throughout those years, I have competed in one body building show, and three strongman competitions, became a group fitness instructor, and have done a some personal training on the side. I am so excited to be able to share my love for fitness with more people, and I can't wait to be a part of your journey!
