Meet Sophia Cepero
My name is Sophia Cepero and my biggest passion is fitness. In high school, I was very insecure about the way I looked and felt weak. I knew I wanted to change that so I began lifting weights. Over time I got stronger, became more confident, happier, healthier, and most importantly felt comfortable in my skin. Fitness became the love of my life. Every day I walk into the gym and it’s me vs. me. Every day I live up to my full potential. Every day I take care of my health. It’s my goal to help others to do the same: live a healthy lifestyle and reach their full potential. If you’re reading this now I want you to know that you are capable of so much more than you think.
