About the challenge
The Spring All-In Challenge launches on May 1st, and is all about going ALL-IN on your fitness goals — committing to consistency and making the time no matter what. It’s for women who want to become stronger, faster & more confident. Here’s what a typical week looks like:
MONDAY - UPPER BODY
TUESDAY - LOWER BODY
WEDNESDAY - WILDCARD WEDNESDAY
THURSDAY - REST
FRIDAY - FULL-BODY STRENGTH
SATURDAY - CARDIO ONLY (treadmill workouts, outdoor runs, speed workouts, etc.)
SUNDAY - REST

We will choose the winner based on the before and after pictures that are submitted. Please stand in front of a solid background wearing the same outfit for both photos.

If you already have the app downloaded, just sign up on this page, and you’ll automatically have access to the challenge once it begins on May 1st.
Submit before & after photos
Before photos due by Thursday, May 4th and after photos will be due by Friday, June 30th. Please stand in front of a solid background wearing the same outfit for both photos!
