About the Challenge
I am so excited to host my second handstand challenge! If this is your first time welcome, if this is your second handstand challenge with me then welcome back! For this challenge, we are continuing our journey towards your first free standing handstand. You can do this challenge at any level whether it’s beginner, intermediate, or advanced! Each week we will be focusing on a different part of the handstand that makes it easier for us to hold and understand the movement. Equipment required for this challenge is free floor space, yoga mat, free wall space, and dumbbells or resistance bands. You will aim to complete at least two handstand workouts a week, the more practices you complete the better your handstand progress will be!
