About the challenge

Welcome to the STRONG BODY & MIND Challenge! This is a 4-week program to help start your 2023 year off strong, both physically & mentally! This program will include a daily & weekly reflection journal to help strengthen your mind and work on your positivity and self-reflection. The program will be a 4 days a week; 2 upper body days and 2 lower body days!

This challenge is a more in-depth challenge containing 4 weeks of intermediate workouts & also a mental health portion. Along with workouts, each challenge member will get a PDF of a mindset journal that has both daily journaling pages & weekly journaling prompts to help motivate/inspire through the winter months.
