Meet Victor Rodriguez
I began my fitness journey through sports for almost 10 years which helped me get to play D1 baseball. I began lifting weights when I was 14 and fell in love ever since. If I would have had some guidance at the beginning of my journey, I would have saved so much time and started seeing progress way sooner. Not only was I able to gain knowledge through strength and nutrition coaches at a high level, along with professors through my university, but trial and error as well. Lifting has given me a form of confidence I’ve never experienced in and outside of the gym that’s been able to help me in all areas of my life.
