About the Challenge

Envision this: the New Year comes around and despite an up & down track record with resolutions, you finally get provided with the structure and guidance you need to achieve your health & fitness goals. That’s what my Pride 59 challenge is all about: you!

  • You’ve only got 59 days to commit to your goals as we crush them together! The challenge is designed so that you can either work towards building muscle or losing fat and if your own progress isn’t enough you’ll also be in the running for (insert dollar amount here) worth of prizes!
  • I’ll provide 59 days worth of workouts for a push, pull legs program, a bro split program specialized for men, and a sis split program specialized for women. I’ll also provide weekly videos on my Master Class of relevant topics for both goals to help guide you along the way!
  • There’ll be nutrition guides provided too so that you’ll have all the knowledge you need to succeed.
  • Most importantly, this is about setting the tone for your year. 59 days to build the discipline and habits required to succeed for the year, start it off with pride and enjoy one of your best years yet!

✍️ How to enter

    The Challenge will go for 8 weeks total, where you can choose to either gain muscle or get leaner.

    Download the app to access the "Pride 59" challenge! If you already have the app downloaded, you just need to submit before/after photos, and you’ll automatically have access to the challenge in the workout section of the app!

    You must be in my private Facebook community to enter this challenge.

  • 4

    Take a BEFORE picture no later than Jan 10th with a sign that says "Pride 59" and submit below. Make sure to submit front, back & side photos (in good lighting)!

    Once the challenge starts on Jan 10th, choose from full new programs for PPL, Sis Split, and Bro Split and complete that program through the entirety of the challenge.

    At the end of the challenge, take an AFTER picture with a sign that says "Pride 59"

This is something I've made sure of by not only providing structured workouts & training programs with correct cues to help you succeed, but I've also added in things such as my Master Class to assist you.
