About the Challenge

This 6-week challenge is about shedding body fat and building just enough muscle mass to create hot definition! I want you feeling the most confident you've ever felt putting on a bathing suit!!

The workouts will be 5 days a week (with an optional 6th day) and written so you can do them at the gym or at home with dumbbells only!! There will be a 25 minute cardio paced workout + 30ish minutes of bodybuilding style weight lifting & alternative movements for all levels!

What to expect

"In this challenge, sessions will consist of a 25 minute workout that will get your heart rate up a little followed by a 30-ish minute bodybuilding strength session!"

🥇 How to win

The grand prize winner will be based on the biggest transformation at the end of the challenge, along with participation & engagement throughout the challenge!

Weekly winners will be chosen based solely on participation & engagement throughout the challenge!

  • Submit your before & after photos to be eligible for the grand prize!

  • Participate and engage by commenting on the workouts in the app, in the Facebook group, and by tagging me (@jessica.cahoy) on your Instagram stories and posts! The more you post, the more likely you are to grab my attention to be picked as a winner!

📸 How to take before & after photos

- If you do NOT want your photo transformation posted, make sure to mark "not repostable" when you submit.

- Before pictures due by January 12th; after pictures due by February 19th!

    Recommend attire: It’s MOST helpful if you are showing as much skin you're comfortable with, without being naked (2-piece bathing suit, bras/underwear, sports bra/shirtless & shorts, if comfortable).

    Please do your best to take before & after photos in the same outfit, lighting, body position, and location.

    Submit photos for each submission (before & after) making sure your full body is visible in these angles: front, side, and back view. You can submit up to 4 photos.

    • Front view: Holding a sign that says "Dive Into 25 week 1" and other arm at side.
    • Side View: Arm furthest away from camera holding the sign and arm closest to the camera held straight out.
    • Back View: Arms held in a T.

Sign up & download the app

Sign up for the challenge on this page and then download the app. If you're already a subscriber, you'll automatically have access to the challenge in the app.

Upload 'before' pictures

Submit before pictures by January 12th, 2024. Submit after pictures by February 19th.

Join my Facebook community, engage in the group, and tag me on Instagram (@jessica.cahoy) throughout the challenge to be eligible to win prizes.
