Set up your banking information to ensure you get paid. Here’s how to do it.
Step 1: Set up a Stripe account
All Playbook’s payments are sent through Stripe, so you’ll need to set up a Stripe account first.
If you’re an international creator who can’t access Stripe, scroll to the bottom of this article for answers.
What you need to set up Stripe:
Bank account number
Bank account routing number
Your contact info (phone number and email address)
Two-step verification process (if you want a little extra security!)
Step 2: Connect Stripe to Playbook
Once you have a Stripe account you have to connect it in the Creator app — don’t worry, it’s easy!
Go to More tab
Click on Payments
Use your Stripe login to connect the two accounts
This will allow Playbook to deposit money into your Stripe account (which you can then transfer to your bank account...cha-ching!)
What if I can’t set up Stripe because I’m not from the U.S?
Unfortunately, Stripe is only available in the U.S. right now. But don’t worry, you can still get paid if you’re an international creator. Please contact us at email@example.com so we can set you up on a different platform.
