Ideas for Your Program Description & FAQs

You’ve filled all your workouts for your new program — the hard part is over. Once you’ve uploaded your videos into the app you have to fill out the program description and FAQs. Use the examples below for help.

Program Description

The purpose of the description is to give people a summary of the program. Think of it as the written version of your intro video.

  • What is the program? How long is it?

  • What will they achieve?

  • What type of workouts are there?

  • Are there modifications?

  • Don’t forget to include a shout out to share their progress with you!

Program Description Example

This program is designed to help you build a lean, muscular, and highly functional physique through fundamental movements.

In just 4 weeks this program will boost your energy levels and sculpt your body. Each week gets a little more challenging, so make sure you use your rest days. Anyone can do this program! If you are more advanced, simply enhance the weight while focusing on controlled lifts.

FAQs

While not required, we recommend you fill out 5-10 FAQs for your program. Your subscribers will have questions — spare your inbox by providing bulleted answers like the examples below.

What are the goals of this program?

  • Increase overall lean muscle mass
  • Get lean and burn fat
  • Build core strength
  • Improve posture
  • Improve mental clarity and focus

What do I need to participate?

  • You need a gym membership that has standard workout equipment
  • A positive attitude and dedication to the program

Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?

  • The workouts are designed for all levels
  • Beginners: go slow, use less weight, use longer rest periods, and focus on form
  • Advanced: increase weight, reps and reduce rest time as you progress

What’s the program schedule?

  • Weight training 3-4 times per week
  • 2 days of active rest: When you rest from lifting, you should still remain active. Do HIIT cardio/ab workouts, play sports, go for a hike or a long walk
  • 1 full rest day

How will I get the best results?

  • Get proper sleep (7-9 hours a night is a must)
  • Dedicated nutrition regimen that consists only of wholesome, natural ingredients (get my nutrition guide in “Insights” section of the app)
  • Drink at least eight 8 oz glasses of water daily
  • Make sure to use active and full rest days to allow muscles to recover
  • Ice cold showers in the morning and after workouts are highly recommended
