Weekly Goals for the Spring Shred Challenge

FITNESS GOALS - A progressive overload program designed specifically for this challenge, featuring 4 strength workouts per week to help you build muscle and burn fat. Each week includes 1 lower body day, 1 upper body day, 2 full body days plus 1 cardio + core workout to improve endurance and core strength.

NUTRITIONAL GOALS - You’ll use a calorie calculator to determine your specific calorie needs based on your goals, with an emphasis on protein to fuel your workouts, support muscle recovery, and keep you feeling satisfied.

HABIT TRACKING - Daily habit tracking resource for workouts, steps, hydration, nutrition and sleep to help you build sustainable habits that support your long term results.

NUTRITIONAL GOALS - Use the calorie calculator to determine your ideal calorie intake based on your goal, with a focus on hitting your daily protein target to fuel your progress.

LIFESTYLE HABITS - Stay consistent with 8,000+ steps per day, half your bodyweight in water, and prioritizing quality sleep for optimal recovery and results.

TRACK & SHARE PROGRESS - Post your progress on Instagram using #BTSpringShredChallenge and tag @breakthroughbyjill. Each post is an entry, and winners will be randomly selected. The more you share, the better your chances!
