To participate in this challenge, you'll do two things: upload before photos (my eyes only) and fill out my “STAY COMMITTED Challenge Sign Up“ on my app that'll help me understand your personal goals for this challenge.

I will choose the winners based on a combination of app engagement (leave my workouts reviews, write in community), goals, & reviews that are submitted.

If you are brand new... Download the app (first 7 days are FREE) to access the "STAY COMMITTED” challenge! If you already have the app downloaded, just make sure to submit before-after photos (linked in my app), and you’ll automatically have access to the challenge in the workout section of the app!
Go to the Challenge Program
Once you're in my app, find "STAY COMMITTED Challenge". Watch the full video with all challenge criteria, click the link in the description to sign up and submit your goals & optional before photo to officially enter.
